Julio Cesar
Julio Cesar was born in St. Clara, Cuba in 1966. he escaped with his family to the United States in 1970, where at the age of six he was offered a scholarship to study at the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute. Cesar graduated from the Ringling School of Art and Design with a Bachelors in Illustration despite severe color blindness that limits him to a visual range of six colors. Cesar, who's classical influences include Dali, Carravaggio and Bougereau, worked as a newspaper illustrator for six years before entering the fantasy art field. He is currently doing work for such companies as SQP and KASO comics.
